Kettlebells can be used in a wide variety of ways to exercise making them ideal for home fitness workouts. They can be held in different ways to vary exercises and you can even use them as a handle for uneven push-ups.

- Orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday, will be despatched the same day for delivery the following working day. - Orders placed after 1pm, Monday to Friday will be despatched the following working day for delivery the next available working day. E.g. an order placed after 1pm on Monday would be despatched on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday. An order placed after noon on Friday (up to 1pm on Monday) would be despatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
