The IronMan Free Standing Punch Bag Sparring Dummy is ideal for all Martial Arts, MMA & Boxing Training and makes an excellent alternative to a traditional hanging punch bag.
The Striking area of the dummy is made with a mould resistant, wipe clean rubber and combined with the high strength urethane foam has just the right amount of 'give' to reduce the risk of injury whilst remaining hard-wearing.
The IronMan Free Standing Punching Bag Sparring Dummy can be adjusted to 6 different hight settings so it is suitable for users of all heights and you can vary your workouts.
The large base is 57cm in diameter and 48cm high, it will weight approximately 95kg when filled with water or if you need an even more stable base around 130kg with sand. The round shape makes it easy to roll away when you have finished your workout.

This item will be shipped on a next (working) day delivery service.
To qualify for same day despatch & next working day delivery, orders must be placed before 3pm.
- Orders placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday, will be despatched the same day for delivery the following working day. E.g. an order placed before noon on a Monday would be despatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. An order placed before noon on a Friday would be despatched on Friday for delivery on Monday.
- Orders placed after 3pm, Monday to Friday will be despatched the following working day for delivery the next available working day. E.g. an order placed after 3pm on Monday would be despatched on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday.
