The IronMan Free Standing Adjustable Height Punch Bag Sparring Dummy Man is ideal for all Martial Arts, MMA & Boxing Training and makes an excellent alternative to a traditional hanging punch bag.
The Striking area of the dummy is made with a mould resistant, wipe clean rubber and combined with the high strength urethane foam has just the right amount of 'give' to reduce the risk of injury whilst remaining hard-wearing.
The IronMan Free Standing Punching Bag Sparring Dummy can be adjusted to 6 different hight settings so it is suitable for users of all heights and you can vary your workouts.
The large base is 57cm in diameter and 62cm high, it will weight approximately 90kg when filled with water or if you need an even more stable base around 130kg with sand. The round shape makes it easy to roll away when you have finished your workout.

To qualify for same day despatch & next working day delivery, orders must be placed before 1pm.
