Description
The Strength Master 8309 Single Station Gym comes with a massive 145lb weight stack. The Iron Man has an extremely high build quality, so much so that we are able to offer a lifetime warranty on the frame. The gym is made from very robust 38mm steel square tubing with black chip resistant powder coating and impact absorbing rubber end caps. This home gym like all Iron Man products is built to last, ensuring it can be a prominent feature in home workouts for years ahead.
This Strength Master Single Station Gym enables you to target a multitude of muscles groups using the various pieces of equipment available, when combined with the massive weight stack this will ensure fantastic results in strength, conditioning and seeing increased toning.
Important Note: The gym is not supplied with the rope attachment pictured, it actually comes with an Ab-Crunch Harness that enables you to do similar exercises to a rope but also has the added benefit of enabling very specific targetting of the Abs to be done.

Weight Stack:
There is a massive 145lb weight stack included with this gym with an easy pull pin locking system in place. This ensures that any weight changes can be done quickly and safely. There are 12 plates (11x 5.7kg / 12.5lb plates and a 3.5kg / 7.5lb top plate).
Construction:
The main frame is made from the highest grade box steel while the back pad & seat are thickly padded with foam and have a wipe clean PVC covering.

Have used this multi gym for a month now and find it great! Build quality is very good and feels sturdy. I'm 6' 2" and was a bit concerned when buying online as other multi gyms I was considering in this price range had reviews stating that they were a bit undersized, but glad that this one is of a decent size.

Yes I like it although I did find it tricky to put together, you need a bit of patience. Very sturdy and loads of different exercise positions, glad I bought it. What would make it brilliant for me is to have a video of all the different exercises.
