The BodyShaper is a new vibration plate from BodyTrain that has a strong motor and a very fine degree of speed control. Its large plate is powerful and reassuring and it has a great 'whole body' feel which some of the smaller and lighter plates do not.

The computer offers auto and manual programs and can calculate body fat using the handlebar pulse sensors. With 50 speed levels to choose from this is a great vibration plate for someone who really wants to be able to control their workouts.
